With several millions of dollars of freight billed, this program produces at least a 25 to 50% lower rate level, a major saving for Howell's stable of accounts. Carrier bills are audited for accuracy prior to your receipt of the bill. Howell offers lower rates for higher density freight for most points outside Ontario.
