our representatives deal with our customers on a day-to-day basis, we
believe they are the face of Howell. One of our main strengths is the need
to pursue and achieve excellence in all levels.
Customer Service is more than data entry and good phone skills. Our
self-motivated staff are experts in handling customer specific concerns.
In a sense, they become your problem solvers. Each of our customer service
representatives are dedicated to a few select accounts, which allows for a
more personal one on one relationship to develop. By doing so, your
assigned CSR will acquire detailed knowledge of your account, which is
an invaluable asset to you.
Each individual takes on a leadership role by being a pro-active partner
to your business. Not only do we encourage a closeness between you and your
representative; we also promote a unified team within the workplace. Customer
service staff and the warehouse staff form a close bond to ensure that from
the time your order is received until it leaves our facilities, every
possible effort has been achieved to fulfil your needs.
